The Governing Body is the highest policy making body of Centre for Development Innovation and Practices (CDIP). The Board defines the vision and mission of CDIP, and periodically reviews and updates the same. It provides the leadership and guidance to the work of the organization. The Board approves CDIP's institutional and programmatic strategies, as well as management, administrative and financial regulations. Through periodic review of the same, the Board ensures that work of CDIP meet the changing needs and priorities in the identified areas. The Governing Body appoints an Executive Director for carry out the overall responsibilities and in order to facilitate activities of the organization. The Executive Director is also the Member Secretary of the Board. The meeting of the Governing Body shall be held at least twice in every year.
