CDIP has been operating a Health Support Program (HSP) for its members through static and satellite clinics since 2013 at branch levels. The HSP provides outpatient care, primary healthcare, family planning services and other preventive healthcare services to the members of the society at village level. The objective of the program is to improve maternal, neonatal and child health as well as reduce vulnerability to non-communicable diseases and common ailments. CDIP has extended its HSP towards Primary Eye Care (PEC) through mobile eye camps in different branches. Since July 2019, CDIP has been working with international eye health organization (Orbis International) to integrate primary eye care into the HSP to increase access and ensure universal eye health coverage including vision center operation in Bangladesh by paying special attention to remote communities.

I. The health care activities of SACMO at the field level are supported by the Field Officer, Branch Manager, Area Manager and District Manager, while the BM is responsible for the overall supervision and monitoring of the programme at the field level and reports to the Programme Head.
II. The CDIP Head Office plays the overall administrative role for strategy implementation and programme planning, which includes programme supervision and monitoring at the central level.
III. The health software was designed in August 2017 to collect data along with monthly reports on health activities.
IV. Another health app is being used by SACMO since May 2025 to store all health related information of CDIP members, family members and non-members.

Our SACMO can prescribe 73 selected medicines (approved by BMDC in May 2018) depending on the situation, apart from this we have a referral program for our patients. Our trained health volunteers help spread health awareness messages to the local community through home visits and Utan meetings and conduct some basic health checks. Such as:
• Weight measurement.
• Blood pressure recording.
• Diabetes screening.
• Pregnancy screening etc.
• Assisting in the activities of SACMO.
• Health App: Establish a strong data base to provide primary healthcare support to the rural people.
• Insurance Plan: In future we are planning to provide health insurance to our clients so that they can get financial support during health crises.
• Hospital Establishment: We have a mission to establish hospitals to ensure secondary and higher services at low cost in the field.
• Covid Sample Collection: Establish Covid Sample Collection in collaboration with the government in the field.
