Mr. Shahjahan Bhuiyan, Vice Chairman of the Center for Development Innovation and Practices (CDP), passed away on the night of July 16 at a private hospital in Dhaka due to old age. (Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un). He was a writer, researcher and development thinker. His books include Development mosaics, piggyback social marketing Strategy for Health Program and An educational Approach to Inclusion and Quality Improvement. In his death, CDP has lost a dedicated development expert and consultant. This loss is irreparable for CDIP. We pray for the eternal peace and eternal peace of his departed soul.
